After completing phase 1 of IS 101-3003, I feel as though I could have done better managing my time to complete my assignments. LabSim was very easy to complete so I would sometimes leave it until the very end. Moving forward I will be taking extra time to make sure I am keeping up with labs and actually understanding the material. I will also be making sure to go over the study guides for the bonus quizzes well before the day of the quiz to make sure I remember the topics and understand them better as well.
For my topic I chose 4.9.3 Word Templates. Word has a huge array of templates available for users to utilize and customize. I am not very handy or creative so templates can really help in guiding on a nice layout for a project.
I have passed my MO-110 Word certification exam. 😀
Coming back to college as a parent has taught me a lot about time management, but it has been very rewarding so far.
Hello Valeria, I can really relate to what you said about time management because I also had those moments where I thought I had enough time, then suddenly everything is due at the same time. I like that you’re planning to review earlier for the bonus quizzes because I’m trying to fix that habit too. Honestly, Word templates seem simple at first, but once you actually use them there’s a lot going on, so I think that was a good topic to pick.
